Although I know the taste of the usual pizza still, I was baffled about panniza. It was introduced to me by Uncle Cheffy’s restaurant in Nuvali Sta. Rosa Laguna. I admit that though, I had a second thought of it, but curiousity dragged me to have this menu.

If you never had panniza, this is how you eat it. Bear with me guys, because I swear! I almost left my brain to this (haha). So, this is how you can eat panniza decently.

 You first take a narrow strip, then load it up with veggies toppings (tomato, lettuce and arugula. You can add some hot sauce if you like it to be hot.

Then roll it up like this. Just like sushi bytes.
